Challenge Cup Tournament Information

 


Divisions:    House B only
              8-12 team tournaments
           No travel or reformed teams accepted.

Games:       3 game guarantee. 10 min. periods Mite, Squirt,PeeWee
                               13 min. periods Bantam

Entry Fee:  $ 575 (Mite,Squirt,PeeWee) $ 625(Bantam)per team, check
         must accompany your registration form to be considered.

Fee is non-refundable within 30 days of tournament start.

Awards:      
              Player-of-the-Game awards during round robin play.
              Team and individual trophies for champions.
              Team and individual trophies for finalists as well.

Programs:    One free souvenir program booklet for each player and coach.

Deadline:     December 1

Team Selection: 

Teams will NOT be selected on a first come/first serve basis. The Tournament Selection committe will consider all
applications and teams will be notified of their status by the first week of December.

Checklist:    Please include the following with your application.

                * Completed Application
                * Check for $ 575 or $ 625
                * USA Hockey Official Team Roster (when available)
                * 5 x 7 Team Photo to be used in booklet (if accepted into tournament)

Confirmation
Packet:       Upon receiving the above information, an e-mail of
              acknowledgment will be sent to you. After teams are selected for the tournament, you will be sent a final tournament packet by e-mail with your games schedule for the first three games in your division together with tournament information. Teams that are not selected will be notified and sent a refund of their entry fee. Once you are selected, no refunds will be allowed unless paid acceptable replacement team can be found by the Tournament Committee.
